About

Diane is part Hawaiian and was born and raised in Honolulu, and graduated from Punahou School. She offers first-class service and professionalism while assisting clients with the myriad of details that make-up the process of selling or securing a piece of paradise. Diane moved to Kauai in 1974 and has had the experience of building about a dozen houses and has personally completed a small subdivision project on the island. She has also worked as a paralegal processing all the paperwork for CPR projects. She was part owner of Sleeping Giant Sotheby’s before it became Oceanfront Sotheby’s International Realty. Diane welcomes sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients in their pursuit of that dream property.

With a passion for tennis, she and twin sister Carol, also a real estate agent, have been ranked #1 in Hawaii in their age division for many years. Their mother was state champion for 30+ years, and brother, Jimmy Osborne, was on the Davis Cup team and played at Wimbledon. Tennis, pickleball, golf, dancing, and home improvement are all facets of any perfect day for Diane. Her grown children are son Jeremy, a Navy Seal on Oahu, and daughter Jessica and her family, which are building a home on Kauai with Diane’s help. Diane enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren.

Active, dependable, and trustworthy, Diane offers a full network of Kauai resources that all add up to positive results for her clients. Diane's attention to detail ensures that every transaction is a complete package, and her desire to make every client #1 in making Kauai their perfect island home or investment has earned her the respect and repeat business from the clients she serves.
